Our refurbished sports equipment is up to 40% cheaper and more sustainable than buying new. It is completely renewed and carefully tested by experts. This is also the advantage over, for example, used skis, bicycles or fitness equipment. In addition, we have sports equipment made from recycled materials in our range. Refurbed products have at least a 12-month warranty and a 30-day trial period.

Get this early release model before everyone else. Designed, tested and appreciated by the best snowboarders in the world. The performance-oriented Atlas is extremely durable, packed with the best features and easily handles any snowboarding style. It offers you Union’s strongest baseplate, combined with a stiff Duraflex CB highback and reactive ankle straps.

Highback The Duraflex CB Highback is stiff, lightweight and comes with a clean design for a seamless connection between boot and binding. The asymmetrical design gives you enough lateral freedom for tweaks, while the binding still responds perfectly. The angle of the highback (forward lean) can be adjusted without tools.

Baseplate The Stage 7 Atlas Baseplate is the most stable base from Union. Extremely responsive Duraflex CB nylon is the key ingredient in this indestructible design. High-Density Vaporlite cushioning is stiffer and more responsive than Union’s traditional Vaporlite, but with the same cushioning characteristics. The special Non-Stick™ coating prevents ice from forming on the footbed.

Straps The ExoFrame 3.0 ankle straps are the ultimate connection between boot and binding. The progressive flex allows for quick response and power transfer for demanding riding at high speeds. The thermoplastic anti-slip material of the wide TS-2.0 toe straps keep your boots bombproof and secure in the binding. The Magnesium 3.0 buckles are made of magnesium and steel. A good combination of lightness and stability.

What does "refurbished" mean?

These are products that are either used or can no longer be sold as new. Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. By giving these items a second life, we can both reduce waste and offer more affordable sports equipment.

How is “refurbished” classified?

We want to offer affordable and environmentally conscious sports equipment without compromising on quality. Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:
Excellent: Minor, not immediately visible optical defects.
Very good: Minor, visible optical defects.
Good: Visible optical defects.

What does "recycled" mean?

In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.

How does refurbed guarantee the quality of the products?

Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.

What are my warranty conditions?

We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.

Which environmental protection projects do we invest in?

We have planted over 6.6 million trees since our foundin, and we are very proud! We realised that planting trees alone does not tackle all of the environmental issues we a passionate about, however. That's why we now also support projects that
- restore landscapes — ecosystems are repaired and jobs are created, including tree planting along the way
- remove carbon from the atmosphere and store it permanently
- recycle electronic waste and reuse materials
