Our refurbished sports equipment is up to 40% cheaper and more sustainable than buying new. It is completely renewed and carefully tested by experts. This is also the advantage over, for example, used skis, bicycles or fitness equipment. In addition, we have sports equipment made from recycled materials in our range. Refurbed products have at least a 12-month warranty and a 30-day trial period.

EVERYONE NEEDS AN EVIL TWIN

You can trust this Evil Twin! It is THE elementary Bataleon board and the most universal Twin Tip at that. It is powerful and aggressive, perfect for fast turns and massive landings. A classic for many years that has only gotten better over time.

Riding style

The Evil Twin is designed for the park. But it is so stable and controllable at the same time that you will never lose control off-piste or during a powder kicker session.

Shape

There is only one suitable shape in the park and it is called Twin. And of course the Evil Twin has a Twin 3BT™ shape with symmetrical tip and tail. Balance and stability, no matter how you jump or land. SideKick™ tips increase edge lift at the widest points of the nose and tail for even easier turn initiation, more float and better handling in difficult terrain.

Profile

Twin 3BT™ offers a relatively wide centrebase and only subtle edge lift. This provides more control during presses or fast approaches. The medium camber is perfectly proportioned for flexibility on rails and enough pop for kicker lines.

Flex

The medium flex (5/10) is for real guys, for the Evil Twins. Total control and massive pop for massive jumps.

Construction

The Ultra Light Core is made of 70 % paulownia and 30 % poplar wood. This core thus offers the best ratio of stability and weight. The carbon reinforcements laid crosswise under the bindings also offer targeted power transfer from edge to edge. In addition, new carbon stringers on the SideKick™ tips provide even better pop. The Central Super Tube is a hollow carbon tube that increases pop and reduces weight. The sintered Hyper Glide S base is hard and fast and remains so when well maintained.

How is “refurbished” classified?
We want to offer affordable and environmentally conscious sports equipment without compromising on quality. Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:
Excellent: Minor, not immediately visible optical defects.
Very good: Minor, visible optical defects.
Good: Visible optical defects.
What does "recycled" mean?
In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.
How does refurbed guarantee the quality of the products?
Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.
What are my warranty conditions?
We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.
Which environmental protection projects do we invest in?
We have planted over 6.6 million trees since our foundin, and we are very proud! We realised that planting trees alone does not tackle all of the environmental issues we a passionate about, however. That's why we now also support projects that
- restore landscapes — ecosystems are repaired and jobs are created, including tree planting along the way
- remove carbon from the atmosphere and store it permanently
- recycle electronic waste and reuse materials
