If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.

What are my warranty conditions?

We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.
