Refurbed products have at least a 12-month warranty and a 30-day trial period.

The Jones Twin Sister is a playful board for girls who want to let off steam in the park as well as in powder - freestyle meets freeride. With the Twin Sister you have a playful and absolutely reliable snowboard that you can push to the limit in any terrain!
Riding style
With the Twin Sister you can shred the entire mountain in a playful way without having to sacrifice speed and stability.
Shape
The Directional Twin Shape of the Twin Sister is perfect for improving your switch skills. The blunt nose allows less snow to flow backwards over the sides of the nose. This means you get the benefits of a longer traditional nose, without the extra weight. Traction Tech 3.0, the corrugated edge, ensures the best edge hold in all conditions.
Profile
The Twin Sister’s CamRock profile gives you rocker at the nose and tail, making presses easy. The camber under the bindings provides pop and power. The 3D Base Contour 3.0 comes with a balanced bend-up of 2 mm in nose and tail. The bending up of the base starts at the rocker.
Flex
The medium flex (7/10) ensures a fast response and full control.
Construction
The FCS™ Control Core is a double-density solid wood core with paulownia and poplar stringers. The Biax fibreglass provides a forgiving, playful ride. Bio resin is plant-based and is used instead of petroleum-based epoxy, making production a little more environmentally friendly. The material of the sintered 8000 Base is made of UHMW-PE and carbon. It is fast, easy to repair and absorbs wax excellently. The Freeride Freestyle Insert Pack allows you to ride the board with a centre stance or set back. The ECO-Plastic Topsheet is made from castor seeds. This biomaterial is extremely light, resistant to scratches and breaks, and water and snow repellent. Jones boards are made with oversized recycled steel edges for added durability and improved sustainable production. The rubber for cushioning the edges and the ABS in the sidewalls is made from 100 % recycled material. All Jones boards are ‘ready to shred’ and are waxed at the factory with natural WEND wax, as well as slightly rounded at the tip and tail to be ready to go on the mountain right after the shop. In order to achieve a higher material utilisation, Jones swaps the colours of the base, thereby reducing waste generated in production.

All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:

In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.
Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.
We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.
