Our refurbished sports equipment is up to 40% cheaper and more sustainable than buying new. It is completely renewed and carefully tested by experts. This is also the advantage over, for example, used skis, bicycles or fitness equipment. In addition, we have sports equipment made from recycled materials in our range. Refurbed products have at least a 12-month warranty and a 30-day trial period.

Forum is back
Forum is back, and with it, an infinite amount of knowledge and experience in snowboarding. The Production 004 is capable of conquering the entire resort. Its directional twin shape and directional insert pack provide you absolute versatility from park to powder. The Medium+ Flex Pattern offers a comfortable flex from nose to tail and endless float in powder. Carbon and Aramid reinforcements deliver pop in the park and the necessary power for hard landings in any terrain.
The Production 004 is handmade in Austria in the first snowboard production facility powered by 100 % clean energy.
Riding style
This board is just right for all-mountain junkies. The 004 offers a reactive ride with plenty of flexibility for piste, park and backcountry.
Shape
The Directional Twin Shape offers you more float in powder and excellent riding characteristics, forward and switch. Due to the offset of the bindings towards the tail (setback), the nose becomes slightly longer. However, the shape of the nose and tail remains symmetrical. This geometry provides floatation in powder and stability at high speeds while you enjoy a freestyle feeling.
Profile
The camber profile features a single, positive camber from nose to tail. It offers high stability, good edge control and a lot of pop.
Flex
A stiffer flex guarantees full control, reactivity and agility in all conditions.
Construction
The poplar and beech core is reactive, agile and FSC® certified. Flylight™ Plus reinforced fibreglass and Carbon/Aramid Struts provide vital pop. The Production 004 has ABS1000 sidewalls that reliably dampen impacts, ensuring no broken edges and a chatter-free ride. The sintruded base is fast and easy to maintain.

All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:

In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.
Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.
We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.
