All skis have been professionally serviced after their last use with a specialized machine. No additional servicing is done before shipping. Minor scratches and storage wear may be present. Binding adjustments by a certified specialist are recommended.

Please note that your skis including bindings must be professionally adjusted according to ISO 11088 and ISO 13993 guidelines after purchase. Some of our dealers can do this directly for you and will contact you after purchase. Alternatively, we ask you to have this adjustment made by a professional sports partner.

Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:

In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.
Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.
We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.
