How long does the Hiring Process take?
We understand that the application process might be stressful for candidates. This is why we try to be very fast with our hiring process. Most candidates receive their results within 2-4 weeks from the first interview.
What role does the Hiring Process take?
After reviewing your profile and application, we start the process. First, you will be invited for an introductory call with our Recruitment Team. If there is a mutual fit, we will invite you for 1-2 more interviews, depending on the complexity of the position.
When should I include in my application?
You can submit your application with or without a cover letter. All we need to see is your CV in PDF form so we can get to know you a bit better. For the rest, you would fill in the information for the application during the application process.
What do I need to prepare for the first interview?
You just need to be yourself, be genuine, be ready, and be willing to openly tell us more about yourself and your journey. And there is one simple rule: just have fun! That is what it should be about! You are looking for your dream job, and in a company that makes a difference together. Be prepared to ask any questions you have, we want to answer them all for you!

What can I expect once I get hired?
After the successful process and offer, you will be starting as talented team! Our onboarding process will get you up to speed with everything you need to know. You will be paired with a buddy, your personal support in the first 3 months. They will help you navigate the company and answer all of your questions.
